We counsel and represent clients in a variety of employment-related matters.  We guide employers through challenging personnel problems, including disciplinary and termination circumstances.  We advise employers on compliance with federal and state law, including Title VII (the Equal Employment Opportunities Act), the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.  And we have extensive experience in litigating discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, and harassment cases.  
 
We also prepare and negotiate employment handbooks and contracts, including contracts containing covenants regarding non-competition and non-solicitation.
