For instance, we counsel employers on compliance with federal and state
law, including Title VII (the Equal Employment Opportunities Act), the
Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and
the Fair Labor Standards Act. We also prepare employment handbooks and
contracts, including contracts containing covenants regarding non-competition
and non-solicitation.
We counsel employers
through challenging personnel problems, including disciplinary and termination
circumstances. We have extensive experience in litigating discrimination,
wrongful discharge, and harassment cases.
